This policy applies to everyone who uses IPTV Restream services, including free trials and paid packages, and to anyone who accesses our systems with your service details.
Server security
- Keep your servers, panels and software up to date with security fixes.
- Restrict administrative access to your servers and panels.
- Tell us before your server IPs change so we can update the whitelist.
Protecting credentials
- Keep usernames, passwords, playlist links and stream URLs private.
- Do not post them in public places, including forums, social media, public repositories or shared documents.
- If you think your details have been exposed, tell us immediately on WhatsApp so we can replace them.
Abuse prevention
- Do not send automated requests designed to overload our systems.
- Do not scrape, mass-download or interfere with the service beyond normal stream pulling.
- Do not use the service to send spam or malicious traffic, or for any other harmful activity.
No unauthorised access
- Do not attempt to access systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to use.
- Do not scan, probe or test the security of our infrastructure without written permission.
- Do not try to bypass IP whitelisting or other security controls.
Legal compliance and distribution permissions
You must follow all laws that apply to you and your customers. Using the service does not give you broadcasting or distribution rights. If you make content available to others, you must hold all the permissions needed. See Lawful use and distribution rights.
Reporting security concerns
If you notice a security problem, leaked credentials or suspected misuse, report it on WhatsApp +44 7723171848 or by email to [email protected]. Do not include working credentials in public messages.
If this policy is breached
We may investigate suspected breaches. Where appropriate, we may suspend or end access as described in Suspension and termination in our Terms & Conditions.
