Who we are

This website, iptv-restream.uk, is operated by IPTV Restream UK (“we”, “us”). We provide live TV restream connections to server operators and resellers. Orders and support are handled manually, mainly through WhatsApp.

For any privacy question, contact us using the details in Privacy contact.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram: your phone number or username, profile name and the messages and files you send us (for example screenshots when reporting a channel).
  • Email: your email address and the content of your message.
  • Orders and service setup: the package and number of connections you choose, your preferred payment method, payment confirmation details you send us (such as a transaction reference), and the public IP addresses of the servers you ask us to whitelist.

We do not take card numbers or other payment credentials on this website. Payments are made through the payment provider agreed with you on WhatsApp.

Information created when you use our service

To run and secure the service we keep service records such as package details, activation and expiry dates, whitelisted server IPs and connection usage needed to apply your connection limit.

Information collected automatically on the website

  • Server and security logs: our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare) may process your IP address, browser and device details, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
  • Advertising tag: see Cookies and advertising.

The public channel list contains only channel names, channel IDs and categories. It does not contain personal information or account details.

How we use information

  • To reply to questions, free trial requests and orders.
  • To confirm orders, send private payment instructions and verify payments.
  • To activate packages manually, whitelist your server IPs and apply connection limits.
  • To send renewal reminders where applicable, and to handle upgrades and renewals.
  • To provide technical support and investigate channel reports.
  • To keep the website and service secure and to prevent misuse.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising.
  • To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and advertising

This website loads the Google Ads tag (Google’s gtag.js). Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure ad clicks and conversions and may receive your IP address and browser details. Google’s use of this information is described in Google’s advertising policies.

Our own pages do not set login or shopping-cart cookies, because there are no user accounts or online checkout on this website. Our content-delivery provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and service, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and content-delivery/security providers (including Cloudflare).
  • Messaging platforms you choose to contact us on: WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram.
  • Our email provider.
  • Google, through the advertising tag described above.
  • The payment provider you choose — Payoneer, Neteller, Skrill or a card processor. Bitcoin payments are recorded on the public Bitcoin blockchain.
  • Authorities or advisers, where required by law or needed to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of these providers process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. This includes providing support, keeping order and payment records, preventing misuse and meeting legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including HTTPS on this website, IP whitelisting for paid services, and keeping service credentials private. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Never post your service credentials, playlist links or payment details publicly. Send them only to our official WhatsApp number.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain uses;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults operating their own servers. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
