3) Payments & Activation

After payment confirmation, your service may be activated and credentials may be delivered. Once activated, the service is considered delivered/consumed.

4) No Refund After Activation

We do not provide refunds after activation/delivery due to the nature of digital services and fraud/chargeback attempts. Please test the service using the free trial before purchase.

5) User Responsibilities

Customers/resellers are responsible for the following:

  • Testing the trial on their own device/app before purchase
  • Ensuring device/app compatibility and stable internet connection
  • Maintaining account confidentiality (do not share credentials publicly)
  • Using the service in a lawful manner in their jurisdiction

6) Acceptable Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to resell/redistribute beyond the purchased connection limits
  • Abuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access to systems
  • Using the service for illegal activities or violating applicable laws
  • Chargeback abuse, fraud, or false claims after activation

7) Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide stable service, however occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, or factors beyond our control. We may perform maintenance to improve performance and reliability.

8) Support Terms

9) Limitation of Liability

IPTV-Restream.UK shall not be held liable for device issues, customer internet issues, third-party app issues, or any indirect loss. By using the service, you agree to use it at your own discretion and responsibility.
